Job description
KRA Coordination
- Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
- information.
- Analyze week on week task of sales team with timelines and ensuring activities like customer follow up, proposal
- sending, POC movement etc are executed in timely manner.
- Respond to request from customers and give sales support when requested.
- Coordinating with other departments.
Documentation - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Support sales team in day-to-day sales activities like Preparing Proposal, offers, Sales documentation,
- comparisons etc.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Collect, Analyze and present various sales reports to management.
- Highlight the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to management
- Analyze report from each department and analyze the progress of each department as per the committed
- timelines.
Requirements And Skills - Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be
- considered a plus;
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Presentation skills
- The ability to write reports and proposals
