Mission We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at Aliens Tattoo. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive team spirit, managing studio atmosphere and hygiene, overseeing day-to-day operations, and effectively handling inventory to ensure a seamless experience for both artists and customers. This role requires a combination of operational excellence, sales strategy implementation, exceptional customer service, and proficient inventory management.

Responsibilities: Team Management and Atmosphere: Foster a high-energy, positive team spirit among artists and team members. Strengthen bonding between artists and other team players to maintain the unique Aliens vibe. Ensure studio atmosphere and hygiene meet company standards. Client Interaction and Sales: Handle inbound client queries and manage appointments, providing personalized customer service. Implement sales strategies to increase studio sales, including following up with clients and making 30 calls daily to new inquiries. Coordinate with the HQ sales team to identify process gaps and contribute to improving overall sales processes. Operations and Scheduling: Prepare the team roster and manage artist transfers and guest spots to maintain a fully staffed studio. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service to turn customers into repeat clients. Coordinate with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meet client expectations. Inventory Management: Effectively handle inventory to ensure optimal stock availability. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate stock records. Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Customer Relations: Manage customer complaints and objections in a professional and efficient manner. Provide an immersive experience for each customer, ensuring their satisfaction. Reporting and Data Management: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager on studio performance. Accurately maintain the CRM system and perform data entry to drive data-driven decisions for business growth. Financial Management: Manage daily cash transactions, deposit funds in the bank, and update financial records. Accommodation Maintenance: Maintain employee accommodation provided by the company, ensuring cleanliness and a comfortable environment.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales or support roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented business. College degree in business management, sales, marketing, or a related field. Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or operations management is highly desirable.
