Project Manager ( Domain: Mobile and Web Application Development) We are seeking a Full-Stack Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the success of our upcoming projects. In this role, you will wear two hats: a skilled project manager and a developer at heart who understands the technical nuances of Software Development.
Responsibilities: Utilize your programming knowledge to understand technical challenges, provide insights to developers, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, breaking down complex tasks into manageable milestones and tracking progress effectively. Proactively communicate project updates and roadblocks to stakeholders, fostering transparency and building trust. Requirement: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a related field, ideally within the IT or software development industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of the full-stack web and app development lifecycle. Proficiency in Front End and Back End Development Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Job tags
