Position Overview:
If you're passionate about designing and developing new automated testing systems, then this opportunity is for you. We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transition of new products from development to production and ensuring successful product launches.
Skills Required
● Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
● Experience with NPI processes and procedures, including design for manufacturability, supply chain management, and product documentation.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to manage the transition of new products from development to production.
● Develop and implement NPI processes and procedures to ensure a successful product launch.
● Manage the NPI schedule and communicate progress to the project team and stakeholders.
● Coordinate the preparation of product documentation, including bills of materials, work instructions, and test procedures.
● Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure successful production ramp-up.
● Identify and mitigate risks associated with NPI, including supply chain, manufacturing, and quality risks.
● Work with quality teams to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
● Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes and reduce time-to-market.
● Working with vendors and hardware suppliers to implement new designs.
● Prepare clear and concise technical documents.
● Supporting the Production process.
Education qualification:
• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical.
• BSc Electronics.
• B-Tech in Electronics or Electrical.
