Job description

Work together with employers to better understand the key requirements for a position

Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates

Make sure that the potential employees have necessary IT skills to meet client needs

Screen IT experts in a very specialised manner in order to determine their competency

Remain at the forefront of the most recent market trend

Set up interviews between the employer and the potential candidate

Illustrate the benefits of the companys pay plan and aid in navigating any negotiations over

Job Responsibilities-

Placing job postings on all relevant platforms

Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants

Scheduling interviews

Taking part in interviews

Coordinating with the senior recruiter

Attending company events/meetings

Assisting with office administration

Job Requirements-

Bachelors Degree, preferably in HR or a related field

Expert computer and MS Office skills

Strong administrative and document management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Willingness to learn

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work

Strong interest in recruitment
