Job description

The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and set directions for delivering high growth and profitability for Industry Research Programs. Other than individual leadership responsibilities, the manager will also participate in crafting proposals and execution of Consulting Assignments. The individual will be Single unified contact between sales and clients and will be required to demonstrate expert knowledge of the markets and develop strong business partnerships.

Position Objectives Responsible for Sound execution of TMR’s Research program strategy and building incremental revenues by identifying right topics, the addition of USPs in report and Proposal crafting Drive winning programs by producing high-quality proposals on time and within budget Managing day to day research operations through a pool of Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts Recruit and train the right people to become excellent analysts, communicators, and industry evangelists

Primary Activities

Responsibilities Manage Report Publication plan, by leveraging all available resources to create a dependable mix of intelligence across all Food and Beverage and Consumer Goods . Drive interaction with sales to maximize the use of retainer time and to seek/create new business opportunities Crafting of Proposals and maintaining research standards for Syndicated Reports Deliver on Best Practices of production plan Quality control of Proposals and Deliverables Addition of uniqueness and developing a niche for TMR Reports

Secondary Activities Maintain a Personal Utilization Target and Individual Revenue Target, working as a thought leader within the Program Area to “provide leadership from the front” and to stay connected with how your decisions impact your team members at the execution level

KPIs Program Revenue Contribution Individual Best Practices Production Team Best Practices Production Team Utilization Rates

Requirements

Qualifications Master’s Degree or equivalent in Science/International Business or related field with

minimum 8-10 years experience

in Consumer Goods/ consulting/strategy & innovation industry Experience managing highly effective teams Demonstrated client presentation skills Coaching and mentoring experience, prioritize ongoing team and individual development Strong bias towards high-quality production Integrity & hardworking
