Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager Construction Finance. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction finance sector. The Relationship Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including developers, contractors, technical agency legal teams etc, and will be responsible for managing loan disbursements and ensuring timely repayments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the construction finance sector
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients/stakeholders
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, loan structuring and documentation
• Experience in managing loan disbursements and ensuring timely repayments
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field. Higher degree in finance or business administration is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the construction finance sector is strongly preferred
