Position:

This is a senior-level position that drives product marketing for Newgen products and solutions

Requirements

· Overall experience of 8-15 years and above in marketing Enterprise software products and solutions offerings in the role of Product Marketing · Understands the application of technology – past and current, to solve Enterprise scale problems from a purview of Product Marketing. · Understanding of the B2B product landscape · Ability to analyze market trends related to B2B, IT Industry and Software Products by tapping into Customers, Analysts and market research · Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with engineering team, pre-sales team · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Self-starter with ability to build and lead teams to research, learn, and adapt to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for Newgen suite of products, tailored to target audience segments. 2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies to differentiate Newgen's products effectively. 3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies that encompass product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue generation. 4. Content Development: Create high-quality marketing content, including sales collateral, product presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, podcasts and web content, to support sales efforts and enhance brand awareness. 5. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources, such as product training, market insights, and competitive analysis, to effectively communicate the value of products to prospects and customers. Battlecards and Competitive Analysis. Drive proof of concept and demo development. Supports Sales and Pre-Sales with RFIs and RFPs

6. Demand Generation: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand for products, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and partnerships. 7. Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across departments, and maximizing impact through coordinated marketing activities. 8. Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from customers, sales teams, and industry experts to continuously refine and improve product positioning and marketing strategies. 9. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
