Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Minimum 6+ years' experience as SCCM System Administrator
- Active Directory and AD Group Policy management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. (Windows 10 to 11 Server 2016).
- Knowledge to Upgrade SCCM CB in SCCM Environment
- Knowledge on Microsoft PowerShell
- Provide Software & Hardware Reports and Custom reports through SCCM DB
- Experience in Patch Management and Software distribution
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops.
- Working knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VLANs, firewalls and load-balancing
- Solid understanding of application and systems performance troubleshooting/monitoring
- Basic understanding of database technology and concepts
- Delivery of ConfigMgr solutions to a high standard to over 5000 clients
- Application Packaging and Deployment
- Managing WSUS and Patching of Workstations
- Managing Third party patches through Patch MY PC.
- System Centre Endpoint Protection Configuration and Monitoring.
- Reporting
- Microsoft Endpoint Protection administration or other product
- Vulnerability Management.
- Technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software.
- Managing Incidents, Service request & Change request through Fresh service tool.
