Job Post: Area Sales Manager GujaratCompany Overview:SHS Global is a leading importer and distributor of multinational Food & Beverage brands with Pan India distribution. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.Job Description:Meet company targets and drive growth in both top and bottom line.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per the set timelines.Work closely with management to develop growth strategies for each brand in the market.Handle Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), Wholesales, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), and Institutional partners.Visit the market daily to collect orders, meet clients, and open new accounts.Identify gaps in the market and propose strategies for further growth.Regularly meet with distributors in each city to help grow our business together.Ensure timely payments from all distributors.Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.Provide constant training to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.Additional Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns.Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in sales processes and practices.Monitor and manage sales expenses within the allocated budget.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and competitor strategies.Any other tasks assigned by management related to sales and business development.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the F& B industry. Preferred Imported F& B segment experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.Proficiency in MS Office for reporting.If you are passionate about sales and have a strong drive to succeed, we invite you to join our dynamic team at SHS Global.
