Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware support, networking, and troubleshooting
- Experience in hardware installation and computer hardware troubleshooting
- Proficient in software development and IT project management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems
- Plan and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to meet business needs
- Monitor IT performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations
- Train and support staff on IT systems and applications
