Company Description Transways Realty is a leading Real Estate developer based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Head at Transways Realty located in Kolkata. The Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, audit compliance, and financial reporting. The Accounts Head will also be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations, and liaising with external auditors and financial institutions. Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CA certification is preferred 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, audit compliance, and financial reporting Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices, tax laws, and regulations Experience with accounting software applications, such as Quickbooks, Xero, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesJob tags
