Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing efforts and drive the growth of a very well funded SAAS company operating in CRM space.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the B2B SaaS industry. They will possess strong leadership skills &exceptional creativity.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Align marketing initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.

2.Brand Management: Define and cultivate the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Position the company as a thought leader and innovator.

3.Lead Generation and Demand Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and partnerships. Implement effective demand generation campaigns to increase sales pipeline and conversion rates.

4.Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies. Ensure clear messaging and positioning of products and features to target customers.

5.Customer Insights and Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and market dynamics.

6.Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing operations, including budget management, performance tracking, and ROI analysis. Implement tools and processes to optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

7.Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

8.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

1.MBA or advanced degree in Marketing from Top B school preferred.

2.15+ years proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles within the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in the CRM space.

3.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.

4.Demonstrated experience in brand management, lead generation, product marketing, and marketing operations.

5.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.

6.Leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

7.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.

8.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
