Job description

We are a pioneering space company based in Bangalore, on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Sales Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who harbors a deep interest in the space industry and is keen on contributing to its growth through effective sales strategies. The internship is designed to last for a minimum of six months, providing a comprehensive opportunity to engage with both our products and services, including our innovative hexapod, along with upstream and downstream space industry services. 

Responsibilties:

- Engage with potential clients to introduce and sell our product sand other space-related services, effectively generating leads and sales.
- Confidently communicate with customers within the space and related sectors, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Take charge of filling out and managing the documentation for tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Work on CRM to generate maximum leads and ensure conversion of leads to sales.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies that cater to the space industrys unique demands.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance professional growth and sales effectiveness.

- Work on CRM

Requirements

- A strong passion for the space industry and a keen interest in sales within this dynamic sector.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field, with a fundamental understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Initiative and drive to pursue leads and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to handle tender documentation and understand the procurement process within the space industry.
- Must be available for a minimum duration of six months to ensure a meaningful impact on our sales efforts.
