Job description
Communication should be excellent both written and Speaking
1. Manage professional and personal scheduling for partners including agendas email calls travel
arrangements client management expense management and other company logistics.
2. Act as the point of contact among executives employees clients and other external parties.
3. Design and create statistical reports documents and presentations.
4. Track meetings schedule meetings and prepare minutes/memos.
5. Inbound/outbound call handling routing required calls to the partners and wide range of other
correspondences
6. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management as well as management of content
and flow of information to senior managers
7. Manage coordinate and arrange partner s travel and travelrelated activities including hotel booking and
transportation.
8. Perform administrative and office support such as typing dictation spreadsheet creation faxing remote
printing and maintenance of filing system and database management
9. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
10. Coordinating visits with partner offices clients and other important guests.
11. Organize team communication and plan events both internally and offsite on behalf of the partner/senior
leadership
12. Update and maintain social media handles and LinkedIn.
