Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates for different roles
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screening, phone interviews, and assessments to evaluate the suitability of candidates for specific positions
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting The Golden Rise's employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and engaging with potential candidates
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in posting job adverts, managing candidate communications, and scheduling interviews
