Job Summary

As a Research Production Specialist in Research Operations at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective investment research to the global investment community. You will be responsible for assisting analysts, managing work priorities, and contributing to research events. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your analytical acumen, attention to detail, and innovative skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist analysts in formatting reports, charts and presentation in pre-defined templates.
  • Independently carry out collation of reports, build periodicals and ensure timely publication adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Provide assistance to research analysts in production and dissemination of research publications in absence of physical access of systems to them.
  • Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes.
  • Manage work priorities considering the market timelines and collaborate with colleagues to construct upto date SOPs to carry out the business well.
  • Contribute meaningfully to advertising research events, conferences and conference calls to attract relevant audience which will further strengthen firm client relationship.
  • Able to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Ability to work with Microsoft and Adobe applications, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Acrobat.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research production support.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking capability. Being passionate to produce quality jobs.
  • Ability to proof own work and deliver under pressure, amidst continuous change and in an agile work environment.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences over emails.
  • Innovative skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions.
  • Flexible to work in non-general shifts starting anytime between 8 pm to 11 pm. The team provides round the clock coverage and role requires adaptability to shift from day to night work and vice-versa. Candidate should be willing to wait back extra if situation demands. Night shift can extend up to 3 to 4 weeks in continuation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Additional knowledge - Photoshop (good to have).
  • Familiarity with programing and coding.
