Travel Sales Executive -
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing travel related queries. Outbound & Inbound calls.
Selling hotel bookings & holiday packages.
Team handling & client servicing.
At least 6 month of experience in any travel agency.
Highly analytical and strategical focused mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Expert at sales operations and a strong negotiator.
Attending queries for Hotel/Tours/Packages.
Sending Proposals for Package Tours & Hotel Bookings, Preparing Itineraries & Costing. Good knowledge of European City Break destinations.
Preferred candidate profile
Facebook Chats & Call.
Product Knowledge.
Sound Knowledge of Destinations, packages, flights, hotels etc.
Handle Inbound & outbound calls from our existing and new customers across UK to worldwide destinations (Beach Holidays, City Breaks and Longhaul Holidays).
Must have good worldwide geographical knowledge.
Should have good command over English Grammar, Fluency in English, Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills.
Must be familiar with CRM's flexible to work under rotational shift / week. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment.
Ability to deal with all situations calmly and efficiently with the ability to achieve given targets.
