Urgently Hiring: Manager- Finance and Accounts
Reporting to: Finance Controller
Location: Pune
Qualification B.Com / M.Com & CA / CA Inter Experience CA 3 to 4 years, or CA Inter with BCOM 7 to 8 years Budget - 10 lakhs to 12 lakhs The company's product portfolio includes innovative, specialized, and futuristic products capable of addressing todays challenges. The product portfolio of the company comprises Roofing Sheets, Fibre Cement Boards, and Flat Sheets.
The Company has a robust distribution network of 3,000+dealers across India and it has catered to 1 million+ customers so far since inception.
- Responsibilities, Quantifiable results/deliverables (KRAs) expected from the position:
Financial Statements: GL scrutiny and closure of books for Quarterly results, Responsible for Preparation &Audit of Annual accounts along with Notes as per IND Standard, Responsible for Financial variance analysis, and data for Investor presentation. Statutory Audit: Planning and Coordination with St. Auditor and Accounts & Finance Team, ensure to resolve Audit queries, explanation.
Internal Audit: Coordination with Internal Auditor, Review of Reports and ensure replies and corrective actions.
Fixed Asset Accounting: Monitor and verification of asset acquisition and disposition, Checking of Depreciation calculation, Review and update of schedule of fixed asset and accumulated depreciation, Conduct periodical physical count of fixed assets.
Windmill Accounting: Ensure timely accounting and reporting of Windmill Division.
Financial MIS & Budgeting: Monthly Books closing & GL scrutiny, Preparation and review of provisions, Preparation of MIS reports, Budgets, Annual Funds and Cash Flow.
Inventory accounting: Checking valuation for of Finished Goods/ Raw Material and other material and accounting, Periodical conduct of stock audit at plants.
GL Controller: Monitor and review General Ledger Accounting.
Direct Taxes: Income Tax/TDS monitoring, Review of TDS payments, returns etc. Advance Tax working, Co-ordinating for Tax Audit, Preparation of annexure to Tax Audit reports, Income tax Assessment.
