Job description
Roles & Responsibilities of Social Media Manager:-
- Discussion of Concept Calendar with the client and responsible Copy Writer and Designer.
- Maintaining Quality (Quality Control) for Posts and Descriptions.
- Proof Reading of social media creative, post descriptions, banners etc.
- Assisting Designers for better productivity & quality.
- Result oriented goal assigning and tracking, preparing report for the in the end of the month.
- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
- Growth Report sharing with the client.
- Time-bound implementation of marketing/Social Media strategies.
- Scheduling social media posts.
- Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
- Marketing research- Competition & similar businesses.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
- Assisting the HR department with hiring and training new employees.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Developing and managing the brands social media identity.
- Managing a social media content calendar.
- Increasing social media engagement across platforms.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)like link clicks, likes, and other metricsof social media marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing trends and competitor performance.
- Collaborating with agencies and influencers to improve brand awareness.
Qualifications- Graduation In Any Discipline Experience of 6 month -1 yr is must.
