Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Artkala Production Pvt. Ltd.'s Patna office. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR team, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant role Excellent understanding of HR policies and labor laws Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an HR team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in recruitment and selection processes Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Skills: Strategic thinking Strong leadership and people management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in HRMS Software Like Keka.
