Job description
- Direct tax litigation assistance including drafting submissions and briefing senior counsels
- Direct tax advisory on complex issues
- International tax advisory with a specific focus on the handling of cross border tax/withholding tax, domestic tax, and Foreign Exchange Management Act ( FEMA ) regulatory issues.
- Inbound and outbound structuring.
- Structuring of Revenue/ capital flows for eg, dividend, royalty, fees for technical services.
- Formulating strategy for mitigating the risk of Permanent Establishment ( PE ) exposure of foreign corporations.
- Knowledge of Funds Tax structuring.
Qualification Qualified CA
Experience 2-6 years of relevant experience
