Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Performance Marketing division, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing client campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role requires a keen understanding of digital advertising strategies, a data-driven approach, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.
Responsibilities: Campaign Management: - Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. - Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ensure proper targeting for optimal campaign performance. - Regularly monitor and analyze campaign metrics to make data-driven optimizations. Performance Analysis: - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations. Budget Management: - Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve client goals. - Implement bid strategies and budget allocation based on campaign objectives and historical data. Ad Creative Development: - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with client objectives and industry best practices. - Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing ad variations. Audience Targeting: - Utilize advanced targeting options on Google Ads and Meta Ads to reach specific audience segments. - Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: - Stay informed about the latest developments in digital advertising, search engine algorithms, and industry trends. - Proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
