Job description

Administering smooth operations of Travel/ Bell Desk, to ensure personalized, prompt, and flawless service to all guests daily. Works with other associates to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient travel desk operation. Ensures guest and associate satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department. To co-ordinate with other departments which would lead to the highest quality of service for the guest.

'.Forms a part of the day-to-day function of the Bell desk, Travel Desk, and Concierge operations, ensuring seamless handling of baggage, guest transportation, and guest requests.

.Delivers personalized service by attending to guest queries and requests such as table reservations at restaurants, movie tickets, and other event bookings.

.Sets goals and reviews the performance of the shift associate and provides feedback.

.Coordinates with the Airport Service Manager to ensure seamless arrival and departure experience for guests availing hotel car facility.

.Ensures cross-selling selling other hotel services like Spa, Restaurants, Travel Services etc.

.Contributes to the transport revenue budgets.

'.Handles special requests and errands for guests promptly and efficiently.

.Facilitates reservations for guests both within the hotel, around the city, and outside the city.

.Assists individuals with disabilities, including assisting visually, hearing, or physically-impaired individuals within guidelines.

.Engages guests in conversation regarding their stay.

.Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions to better understand their needs watching/listening to guest preferences, and acting on them whenever possible.

.Ensures that any outstanding requests from the previous day receive priority and are resolved.

.Maintains a cordial relationship with external stakeholders and parties for guest-related requirements.
