As we continue to expand our global reach, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Sales Planning and Execution: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of the global education industry is preferred.
