Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd located in Kottayam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their investment needs, and providing investment solutions that align with their financial goals. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting regular portfolio reviews and managing client queries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification or AMFI Mutual Fund Certification will be an added advantage
