Job Purpose To perform all duties assigned with respect to Governance & controls pertaining to Third party (Direct Sales Agency) selling credit cards, personal loan etc as per the expected TAT and quality standards.
Key Result Areas - Ensure all Retail Bank Units operate within Bank's Operational Risk Policy and Procedures. This includes ensuring that (i) the policy and procedures are implemented and applied consistently across all units within their domain and (ii) risk toolkits (Risk Control Standards, Risk Control Self Assessments and Key Risk Indicators) are developed and implemented across the respective units
- Ensure that control issues &/or gaps arising from Internal Audits & group OR reviews are actioned and closed within the stipulated timelines.
- Support the team in all governance related activities pertaining to third party agency (Direct Sales Agency) sourcing credit card and personal loans.
- Ensure religious follow through with the unit to track progress on remediation/discrepancies
- Ensure to monitor operational losses for the unit on monthly basis and work along with product managers to put necessary controls wherever need be to reduce such instances in future.
- Work along with teams to ensure FP&I recommendations are followed and adhered to.
- Ensure that the unit updates SOPs on timely basis.
- Work closely with the unit for audit related tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree , 3+ years' work experience in back-office, Ops, or control related functions.
- Knowledge of Credit Cards , Personal Loans and Direct sales related activities is a must.
- Through knowledge of Operational Risk policy .
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage, lead, motivate, and monitor people
- Knowledge on Microsoft office- Word, Excel , PowerPoint is a must
