Position: IT Project Manager Location: Pune Your contributions to organisation's growth - Definition of technical requirements for new systems based on existing landscape and security standards
- Perform migrations/implementations of existing and new systems while assessing all technical requirements
- Create integration plans for company acquisitions into our systems (Active Directory, AAD, Exchange, Teams)
- Create a technical and organizational implementation plan for new location.
- Clarify technical system compatibilities and propose solutions while considering company IT security standards
- Create total cost overviews and bill of materials (BOM) on technically assessments for the activities
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full scale resource, project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and device contingency plans.
- Tracking projects and resource at Portfolio level
- Support Infrastructure, Foundation and Client teams in financial tasks
- Act as an application owner not yet assigned to a specific application group (e.g. RTM)
- Gather and understand business/user requirements, providing a technical implementation concept and execute with change request in our ticketing tool
- Support testing with business users
- Technical documentation of customizations and developments
- Define non-functional requirements and requirement frameworks for our digital solutions portfolio
- Provide governance of solutions on an ongoing basis according to Burckhardt's architecture principles
- Support solution architects embedding their applications on our technology platform
Expertise you have to bring in along with - University degree in business or technical Information Technology
- Accredited degree or certification in project management
- Microsoft certified (like Azure solution architect Expert, MCSE, MCSA, etc.) or equivalent technical knowledge
- At least 10 years of total IT experience
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft architecture and systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP)
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, M365)
- 5 years of experience in IP networking and security (LAN, WiFi, WAN, Firewall, Proxy)
- 5 years direct work experience in project management and implementation of technical IT projects
- (all aspects of technical solution development and execution/implementation)
- Experience in working both independently and in team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Experience in coordinating multi teams' projects.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines though analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
- Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
- Proven successful project history.
