Job description
Title : Finance Accountant ( 1 year of contract- Contract/employment extends in case of good performance)
Experience : 2- 4 years( only fully qualified CA and post qualification experience of 2+ years)
Salary : 9 - 13 LPA
Location : Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
ï¬Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
ï¬Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
ï¬Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
ï¬Research technical accounting issues for compliance
ï¬Support month-end and year-end close process
ï¬Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
ï¬Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
ï¬Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
ï¬Additional controller duties as necessary
Requirements and skills
ï¬Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
ï¬2+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
ï¬Advanced degree in Accounting
ï¬CA passed candidate
ï¬Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
ï¬Experience with creating financial statements
ï¬Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
ï¬Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
