Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a leading Packaging Container's Manufacturing company in Hyderabad, Looking for a Female Sales Coordinators for their Hyderabad office located at Lakdi ka Pul, Hyderabad.
Sales Coordinator - Female
Responsibilities:
• Preparing quotations and profrma invoices as per clients' requirements
• Responding for customers enquiries
• Preparing invoices , purchase orders and work orders
• Maintaining relations with clients and suppliers
• Explaining the product to clients
• Filling important documents and communicating
• Sending E-Mails
• Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
• Resolving clients problems and complaints
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing documents
• Comparing and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiating with vendors
• Managing Transports
• Supervising workers
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays of problems
• Follow up for the payments as per agreed terms
• Managing scheduling and appointments
• Maintaining inward and out word material records
• Responsible for in word and out ward couriers and documents
• Travel planning and coordination
• Monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and
invoices
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Handling dispatches
• Answering phones calls and taking messages
Qualifications : Any Graduate
Gender : Female
Must Speak English, Telugu & Hindi.
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Salary : Negotiable, Preference will be given to Immediate Joiner's
