DevOps Analyst with a specialization in the ServiceNow Customer Service Module , the individual's primary function revolves around bridging the divide between development and operations, with a specific focus on the ServiceNow Customer Service application.

Role is instrumental in the optimization and upkeep of the Customer Service Product , ensuring that customer service operations remain efficient and responsive.

ServiceNow Management:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow Customer Service Module to meet organizational needs.
  • Keep the platform up to date with the latest features and enhancements.

Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment of changes, updates, and customizations to the ServiceNow platform.

Customization and Development:

  • Collaborate with developers and business units to design, develop, and implement custom solutions and workflows within the Customer Service Module.
  • Ensure that configurations align with customer service processes and business objectives.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance and availability of the Customer Service Module.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Integration:

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other relevant tools, applications, and systems to create a seamless customer service ecosystem.

Security and Compliance:

  • Maintain security standards and compliance within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring data privacy and access controls.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Incident Response and Support:

  • Provide support in incident resolution, problem-solving, and implementing solutions to minimize service disruptions.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Customer Service Module, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customer service departments, and IT professionals to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Advisory and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance for optimizing the Customer Service Module.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:

As a DevOps Analyst , having ServiceNow certification(s) and expertise in the ServiceNow Customer Service Module is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Javascript), familiarity with web technologies and knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to ServiceNow . You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
