In addition to its two dining terraces, swimming pool, and lounge bar, the resort is home to Jordan's first and only woodland paintball field. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication with guests. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
- Skills in managing reservations and coordinating with guests
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
