Job description
The North American Facultative Reinsurance team places bespoke facultative reinsurance solutions for a diverse client base, ranging from large and small overseas insurance companies, local insurers, and Lloyd's Syndicates. In this role, you will be a key member of a growing Facultative Reinsurance Client Servicing team, supporting our sales and broking colleagues in North America.
Client Service Associate are an integral part of the team who proactively obtain, compile, and follow up on information critical to providing exceptional consulting, placement, and advocacy for Willis Tower Watson clients.
This role will be a hybrid position and will be required to work hours aligning with USA Eastern Standard Time 8:30am – 5:00pm.

The Role
- Understand and interpret the information presented in a quote and binder
- Quickly and accurately enter data from a binder into a policy invoicing system
- Initiate and Manage Pre-Renewal Process
- Process Billing Requests and Raise Invoices for New Business/Renewals/Endorsements/Audits/Cancellations transactions
- Create Certificates
- Manage Follow Up Process for Certificates and Policy Documents
- Prepare Scheduled Reports
- Manage e-File Creation
- E-filing as required
- Update Task Management Systems/Tracking Spreadsheets as Required
- Check policies, market presentations and client documentation as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets, and others where appropriate to maximize service delivery levels.
- Assist our Accounting and Settlement (A&S) colleagues where required.
- Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
- Other ad hoc requests as required

Shift : 7.00 pm- 4.00 am IST
The Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Insurance placing knowledge and experience.
- Preferably educated to a degree level or equivalent.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.
- Ability to represent the practice and Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibility.
- of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery.
