Job Title : Pre-Sales Specialist Location : PAN India/Remote
Experience : 1-8 years
SSI is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth and client acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for creating persuasive proposal documents, redefining the SSI business profile, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Your ability to craft compelling narratives, provide a deep understanding of our capabilities, and communicate our value proposition will be very important in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Converting New Leads by Cold Calling/ Cold Email
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor landscapes
- Understanding Company services and reaching out to customers regarding the same
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.
- Building Relationships with current and potential clients for their staffing needs.
- Ensuring successful closure of the sales process with MSP and Direct clients in various sector
- Creating Staffing Proposal Documents
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates and collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for proposal content.
- Craft compelling, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure that all proposals adhere to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Redefining the SSI Business Profile:
- Work closely with senior management to refine and enhance SSI's business profile.
- Develop a clear, concise, and compelling business profile that showcases our capabilities and expertise.
- Continuously update and adapt the profile to reflect industry trends and company achievements.
- Responding to RFI/RFPs
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize RFI/RFP opportunities that align with SSI's expertise.
- Manage the end-to-end process of responding to RFI/RFP requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and insights.
- Develop responses that effectively communicate SSI's value proposition.
- Ensure that all responses are submitted within established deadlines.
Qualifications : - Proven experience in preparing and delivering high-quality proposals and business profiles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with 1+ years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Should have prior experience of onboarding MSP clients. Must have knowledge of RFP/RFI/RFQ and presales process
- Person should have knowledge of the staffing and should have worked with workforce management industry
