Position - BDE (sales)

Responsibilities :
& bull Identifying qualifying and securing business opportunities co-ordinating business
generation activities developing customized targeted sales strategies
& bull Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support answering potential client
questions and follow-up call questions responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
& bull Collaborating with Team Head on sales goals planning and forecasting maintaining
short- and long-term business development plans
& bull Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
& bull Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
& bull Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
& bull Promote the company& rsquo s products/services addressing or predicting clients& rsquo objectives.
& bull Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
& bull Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
& bull Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
& bull Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.
& bull Attending conferences meetings and industry events.
& bull When it comes to the challenge of actually selling. Preparing PowerPoint presentations
and sales displays.
& bull Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company& rsquo s products.
& bull Developing quotes and proposals.
& bull Negotiating and renegotiating by phone email and in person.
& bull Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
& bull Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
