Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive E-Commerce Order Management Success for B2C & B2B Businesses

• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for  frictionless B2C/B2B experiences.
• Impress clients with your deep expertise in IBM Sterling OMS.
• Deliver scalable, reliable solutions for 24/7 uptime.
• Optimize commerce functions and databases for  peak performance.
• Innovate through POCs, solving client challenges.
• Mentor new team members on technical and business aspects.
• Embrace continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Contribute across all project stages, from concept to support.
• Leverage domain expertise to suggest, design, and lead  future-proof solutions.

Must Have Skills

● Hands-on experience in extension of IBM Sterling OMS Pipelines, Transactions, APIs, services, database, UIs, user exits, agents and building REST APIs, configuration deployment toolkit and build scripts.

● Implementation experience in sterling order management with versions greater than 9.0 or IBM OMOC.

● Solid knowledge of global inventory visibility, order flows and Sterling DB.

● Subject matter expertise in building large-scale retail B2C web applications using supply chain and logistics systems.

● Write efficient, well defined and structured code

● Expert in usage of version control management such as GIT, SVN.

● Experience with Agile and waterfall implementations.

● Provide support in troubleshooting / investigations

● Experience with IBM Web Store, IBM Call Centre, SBC, SST, inventory visibility (IV) are preferred.

Good to have Skills

● Hands-on experience with IBM Call Centre, Web Store and Jasper Reports.

● Experience in building services using back-end technologies (Java, Spring, Node js etc.) and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
