Job description

The responsibilities for this position include checking the quality of materials from stores, maintaining cleanliness of refrigerators and food storage, preparing food according to standards, ensuring mis-en-place readiness, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards for utensils and equipment, assisting with buffet setups and clearances, reporting safety hazards, conducting inventories, attending meetings and training sessions, adhering to personal appearance and hygiene standards, and carrying out additional duties as directed by superiors, all while being cost-conscious and focused on food quality.
