Hands on experience in project management, Electrical Design/Testing & Commissioning and detailed engineering for ship building and oil & gas.
Sound knowledge of electrical design concept, Electrical load calculation, Short circuit calculation, Preparation of equipment data sheets & specifications.
Review of vender Technical Drawings & Documents.
Preparation of electrical drawings SLD, Schematic diagram, layout drawings & Termination drawings.
Sound knowledge of Electrical Calculations of Ships Electrical systems and Sizing of ships electrical switchgear
Good working knowledge in AVEVA marine 3D software and AutoCAD.
Very good knowledge of class rules to handle the Clients and Classification Surveyors.
Experience in quality inspection of ship electrical installation &System commissioning.
Experience in vessel automation, power generation and distribution ,Navigation & communication systems,
Sound knowledge about Test and Trails for Ship Machinery’s and Electrical Systems.
Checking Drawings/Designs of Cable trays, Supports, Equipment arrangement
Preparing MTO and Cable Schedule
Detailed Designing/Modelling – Electrical components
Added Advantage:
Knowledge on instrumentation system
Experience on FPSO and Tanker vessel.
