Job description
.Develop a comprehensive risk register to capture all project-related risks.
.Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impact and likelihood of identified risks.
.Quantify risks in financial terms and create risk models/scenarios to support decision-making.
.Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies in collaboration with project teams.
.Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures and adjust strategies as necessary.
. Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risk factors and mitigation progress.
.Provide timely updates on risk status to project stakeholders.
.Review and analyse contracts to identify potential contractual risks and recommend modifications as needed.
.Ensure compliance with contractual risk management requirements.
.Foster a culture of risk awareness and responsibility within the organization.
. Document and analyze lessons learned from completed projects to improve risk management processes for future projects.
