Please check the below JD if matches to your profile kindly share your resume on [email protected] Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager Total Exp: 12+ Years Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate-30 Days Roles & Responsibilities: Analyzing briefs and project requests from clients. •Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects. •Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects. •Liaising with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives. •Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects. •Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success. • Understand the problem statement (RFP/ RFI) by identifying missing information and support the framing of appropriate queries to capture the missing information •Gather relevant information and data from the respective teams for RFP responses, creation of complex deal solutions •Communicating and acting as the first point of call for clients. •Conducting regular project meetings with your d development team. •Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles. •Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes. •A bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field. •Certification in Salesforce administration or development. •A minimum of 4 years' experience in implementation of Complex Salesforce p rojects in various Salesforce clouds - Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud. •Excellent planning and strategic abilities. • Organized and meticulous in your work. •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. •A dynamic and adaptable mindset. •Profession al and deadline oriented. •Strong communication and presentation skills. •Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.Job tags
