Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.

Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing.
Resolving customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties.
Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
Requirements: Presentable, hard working and well groomed female candidates with good communication skills. Must be computer savvy, sincere, dedicated and should have a professional outlook.
