Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients addressing inquiries related to productrelated issues at sites.
- Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Python.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the quality of software products.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Create comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
- Execute test cases and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their testing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the testing process and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Tester with expertise in Python.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Clientfocused with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
