Job description

To support for preparation and submission of process cost related to EMS services.

1. Cost Estimation: Analyzing project requirements and specifications to estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overheads required for manufacturing electronic products.

2. Process Analysis: Evaluating manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

3. Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, such as optimizing material usage, streamlining production processes

4. Costing Methodology: Developing and implementing costing methodologies and tools to accurately estimate and allocate costs across various production processes, departments, or products.

5. Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability.

6. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, production, and finance departments, to ensure effective cost management and alignment with project goals

7. Feasibility : Preparation and review of manufacturing feasibility report before proceeding for costing.
