Job description

Position Title: CASA Personal Banker

Business Unit: National Distribution Structure

Grade: Officer/Senior Officers

Report To: Branch Manager & RSM

Job Purpose: To acquire CA, SA, TD, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.

Key Accountability: The key accountability of the role is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area, build relationship, build Liability Book & generate revenue through cross sell of various banking products.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area
  • Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
  • Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance maintenance in self-sourced accounts, building account balances MoM in sourced CASA, increase wallet share of our banking products including Insurance (Life & General), Assets (Unsecured loan etc.) SIP, Mutual Fund etc & manage portfolio
  • Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
  • Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
  • Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geographyassigned, follow up new leads and referrals to generate business
  • Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
  • Cross sell assets and fee products
  • Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement. Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
  • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

Preferred Qualification And Experience

Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience
