We are actively hiring a BDE who will be involved in taking complete ownership of business development @Meta Counsel, actively working with our Business Mentor and the product team, to achieve our product and business goals.

The intersection of psychology education and practical training for counselors and therapists is where the disparity becomes apparent. While traditional academic programs offer theoretical foundations, they often fall short in providing hands-on experience and skill development crucial for navigating the complexities of real-world counselling scenarios. Despite the growing demand for mental health services, many start-ups in this space are led by individuals lacking direct experience or expertise in mental health.

Details regarding the profile Location: Noida [In-Office] Qualification: MBA, (6 Months Experience preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities Client Coordination: Assisting in client coordination by scheduling appointments, following up on inquiries, and providing support as needed. Lead Outreach: Reaching out to leads generated from platforms such as Just Dial and other sources to introduce our services and establish connections. Psychology Business Support: Collaborate with team members to support various aspects of psychology business operations. This could include assisting in the development of marketing strategies, client outreach initiatives, and business development efforts. Discovery Calls: Conducting discovery calls with potential clients to explain our business processes, their benefits, and the services offered. Social Media Management: Managing our social media accounts by uploading posts, responding to inquiries, and tracking analytics to measure engagement and effectiveness. Conducting Research: Assist in conducting market studies to understand trends, demographics, and consumer behavior relevant to the field of psychology. This may involve gathering data, analyzing findings, and preparing reports. Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitors within the psychology industry, analyzing their services, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and overall market positioning. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings. Collaboration and Learning: Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and professional development opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of psychology. Communication and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports or presentations as needed. Content Creation: Writing informative and engaging content blogs related to mental health topics, creating visually appealing social media posts using tools like Canva and Figma, and developing educational reels if necessary. Responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs and focus areas of the organization. The role may include being assigned additional tasks or projects as required. Core Requirements Education: MBA ( Freshers Encouraged & Experienced) Good communication skills in English (both written as well as oral). Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc). Presentation skills as well as excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, with a client-centric approach. Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profiles, and LinkedIn. Experience in content creation, including writing blogs, designing graphics, and creating engaging posts, with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics. Openness to travel within Delhi NCR. Self-motivated and a keen learner, with a passion and drive to take initiative as well as do some creative and ‘out of the box’ thinking. Should be a team player.
