Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead and oversee our sales operations within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving business goals, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing sales efforts to ensure the achievement of targets and sustained business success.

Business Manager Responsibilities:

· Achieving Business Goals: Take ownership of regional revenue targets and business objectives, devising effective strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

· Territory Evaluation: Assess and analyze territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

· Sales Reporting: Regularly compile and present comprehensive reports on regional sales results, highlighting key performance metrics and insights for stakeholders.

· Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant departments to manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.

· Pipeline Development: Cultivate and nurture a strong sales pipeline while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and meticulous account planning.

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence.

· Recruitment and Training: Identify talent needs, participate in the recruitment process, and provide comprehensive training to new sales team members.

· Budget Preparation: Collaborate with the leadership team to prepare and review the annual budget for the assigned region, aligning financial goals with sales objectives.

· Market Analysis: Continuously monitor regional market trends, competition, and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities for growth.

· Problem Solving: Address potential challenges and roadblocks proactively, suggesting timely and effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.

· Innovation and Upselling: Introduce new services/products and innovative sales techniques, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive additional sales.

Business Manager Requirements:

· Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or equivalent senior sales role with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to inform strategic decisions.

· Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a high-performance sales team towards excellence.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, negotiate, and influence stakeholders

· Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques with a strong ability to close deals and secure long-term partnerships

· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational aptitude with a problem-solving mindset to manage complex sales operations efficiently

· Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel as required to oversee sales activities within the assigned region
