We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions for our web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
- Proficiency in Nest.js framework is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
