Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential clients in need of staff augmentation services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting staff augmentation services.
Present and articulate the value proposition of the company's staff augmentation solutions to clients.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Understanding Client Requirements:
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a thorough understanding of client expectations.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Customize proposals based on client needs and industry trends.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and client needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and delivery, to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
Coordinate with marketing teams for the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, with a focus on staff augmentation or related services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
