Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Leadership:
• Offer technical guidance and leadership to the team in resolving complex technical issues, primarily focusing on Microsoft technologies such as Visual Basic, .NET, and MS SQL Server.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually enhance team capabilities and solutions.
Client Requirements Elicitation:
• Actively participate in client discussions to understand and elicit requirements specific to the domain (humm UK and Ireland)
• Lead discussions to ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
Point of Escalation:
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for customers within the domain, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross domain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of escalated issues.
Team Management:
• Utilize experience in managing support and development teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and performance evaluations to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
Skills Requirements:
• Extensive experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies including Visual Basic, .NET, and MS SQL Server.
• Proven track record of successfully leading client discussions and eliciting requirements to drive solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in leading support and development teams, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve goals.
• Experience managing Service levels.
• Experience in ITIL Best practices and Agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
