We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Vaba aluminum formwork located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and updating customer information in the company database. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication Experience in cold calling, telemarketing or related field is preferred Customer service orientation and ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
